what i meant by "audio issues" was, when i click past that screen, the audio, such as the Halo theme in the background starts to lag and cut in and out, and becoming all glitchy like. There's a fix on the way for the sound engine used in Reach and CEA (and also used in 3 and ODST but we don't have those yet) but afaik the issues don't have anything to do with the sound in the menus, so maybe you've got something more specific.
